Everyone needs to think warm thoughts for Koko this weekend as he undertakes the suicide mission ... oops ... I mean 'as he undertakes the Multisport'.

Hopefully the conditions are right and he stays warm when he needs to be warm, cool when he needs to be cool, and that the wind is always at his back!

Thanks for the support guys!

I finished in 16hrs 38 mins - a bit slower than I hoped, but a great feeling nonetheless. What a race..... I developed awful cramp in my quads about 3km into the 35km mountain run, had two swims on the kayak leg and got knocked off my bike on the last ride when the woman in front stopped without warning. Other to that, it all went well!

IMy camera is still in the campervan, but I'll post some photos when I can walk again
