I don't get on here much now (the joys of having a new baby...and having found Scrabble on Facebook ), but I just wanted to wish you all a very Happy Christmas wherever you are in the world. This time last year we were just about to move into our gorgeous new house in Tauranga, this year we are in a small rented house in UK - how times change!! Its been an eventful year for us all, and I hope that 2008 will be calmer!! I hope that 2008 is a good year for you all whether you are just starting off on the process of getting to NZ or are already there and settling/settled. NZ is a wonderful country and I miss it and my friends there in so many ways, but I am loving being "home" in UK too.

What a happy looking baby! I love the second picture too. Whenever my boys end up like that, I think 'too bad we can't leave 'em in the car and go enjoy a nice meal and glass of wine.' Gotta take that peace and quiet when you can get it, eh?

Christmas greetings from me, too. I'd have liked to plaster my post with Christmas smileys but they are all on my PC which, in the true spirit of 'goodwill to all men' has decided to go on strike, so I'm on hubster's lappie instead, sans smileys.

I've been absent from the forum for quite a while now, due to a trip back to the UK and no internet access where I was staying () so I'm pleased to be back on a happy and festive note

Right, I'm off to wrap some presents, get out the mince pies for Santa, and stick up some misteltoe over the doorway in the hope that Taffy gets the message

Now, where's my hat, scarf and gloves - it's bound to be cold outside, it is Christmas after all...... oh no, it's not, cos I'm in New Zealand!!!! Bizarre!!!!
