Hey, my most demented and loyal peeps

Just to say Hi from my beloved home town and apologise for my recent absence from the forum. I am currently visiting my lovely sons who I miss very much. It is vair vair cold here at the moment and I am missing my homeland a lot, but it's been nice to see all my family and catch up with everyone.

I've been reading up on the posts when I can, if not commenting on as many as I should, but just wanted to say Hi - be nice to Taffy while I'm away

Back on December 19th, just in time for Christmas

Good to see you're enjoying your trip despite the chilliness. How are you finding things in the UK (well, your part of it) now that you've been gone from there for 3 years? I take it NZ still comes out on top, as you say you're missing it, so that's all good.

Wonder if you'll see any snow before you leave.

How can we be mean to Taffy when he hardly ever shows his avatar around here? I'm beginning to think that MB is really the star around here. Not that it's a bad thing, but how come ol' Taff gets all the glory?

Now I'll just sit here and wait for an anvil to drop on my head.

I think Taffy's up to his insisors in work, Selchie, which might explain his 'dashing in and out again' moments.

Either that or he'd better have a good excuse.

Thanks for finding the time to pop in on your mates here Lisa- good to see you have your priorities right.

Yes it is rather cold at the moment and if it carries on like this i'm sure there will be snow before you leave.

As Selchie says: no need to worry about how we are treating Taffy- he's keeping well out of the way now you're not around to protect him.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your time with your boys- tell them to get saving and they can come to see you next time around.

Oh and take a packet of Birds Instant Custard back for Dawn- keep her going until we get there in March- she'll be able to have some on her xmas pud then.
