Thanks, Dawn. It'll come good in the end, I hope . Been out looking for a place this morning but none of them finished yet. Promises of 'It'll be ready in Dec./Jan/Feb' or whatever are always months out so, even if we find a suitable place there's no guarantee it'll be ready in time unless the owners stuff some rocket fuel up the builders' bums. They're all standing around doing nothing and looking lost - some of them still in their lungis (which they sleep in). Felt like shouting at them to get their curry-flavoured fingers out and get on with the job. There was one bungalow I fancied but not in my wildest dreams will it be ready before we get chucked out of here, despite estimates of finishing in Jan. Perhaps I could offer to give them a hand. Oh, better not, I've got packing to do.
