What a great idea ebianca... however I've just searched for the group on facebook and can't find it - any ideas where I'm going wrong??? I know I can't join it without being accepted first but am sure I should still be able to find and search for the group...???

Hi Banjo Jon,
I set up Facebook a while back from a link from my bro-in-law who now lives in Beunos Aires, it's a good way to keep in touch, since joining I have had many people from back in England etc writing on my wall. A great concept!

I have face book and myspace.

I love it, myspace is more popular back home and i have managed to even find people I used to go to nursery with.

Its a great way to stay in contact with those at home and find people who you lost touch with for whatever reasons.

Thanks Shell, but can someone talk me through this please as it's telling me this email address can't be invited. I've never invited anyone before, only been invited. Just can't find where you invite someone who's already on Facebook. I've added Shell to my Hotmail contacts but nothing apparent about the way forward has shown itself.

MB if you go to my profile and have a look through my friends list you will find Shell on there somewhere.

If you click on her picture or name it should go to her profile and you can then click on add as friend.

Shell will have to accept the friend request at her end.

This way might be easier if you are struggleing with email address etc.
