New Zealanders now have a chance to let everyone know exactly what they think of their boss ? a website has been set up allowing employees to post their feelings on the Internet.

The website www.rateyourbossnz.com lets employees rate their boss out of a possible five stars and make comments.

The site asks people to keep their comments appropriate. People are asked not to use vulgar or profane descriptions or threaten their boss in any way.

Name and shame. 8-) Bet there's a few worried bosses about. Time to clean up their act. A chance for disgruntled employees to have their say, so long as they don't get found out or they might be looking for a new job in 2007. :-/
