Default The big 100?
How come we suddenly shot up from having a max of 19 users online since Sept. to 100 today? ?:o ? Did I miss something while I slept? ?

Not a big deal in the normal run of general forum life, but it is for this small but cozy one.

Still doesn't account for having 100 people on there though. They couldn't ALL be downloading smileys and avatars. They ain't THAT good. I hope they're not stealing them.

Hmm, strange activity. I prevented access to downloading the files and interestingly enough, the masses of guests disappeared too.

I've reset the counters back to the realistic ones.

Awww, those figures made us look like a cool place to be.

If I were you I'd keep an eye on things as, like you say, it's very strange behaviour. Perhaps it's a smiley coup and they're going to takeover the forum and release all their comrades from bondage.

I wonder why Taffy is shown to have only 112 posts to date? I know he doesn't match MB's 3k+, but he is the administrator. Maybe all those phantom site visitors were stealing his prestige?

He possibly had difficulties logging in again when the new forum was first set up and had to re-register (although he does appear to have the same username ). ?A few people, like Dawn and Nick and Jacky had to re-register and lost their previous post count. ?Anyone looking at my post count compared to everyone else's would be forgiven for thinking I've been on the forum for yonks, talking to myself. ?Nothing new there, then. ?

I know we had another hiccup where the viewerometer shot up to 97 this time and the counter was reset, but now it's gone backwards to September's stats. What's happened to the latest ones which looked a bit more healthy than what's on there now? Is someone pinching our stats now as well as our smileys and avatars? >:(
