New Website Avatars

Rotten little hackers getting into our humble website. My perplexity is how to reinstate my custom avatar. From the profile amendment pages, I gather that I will need to have it posted on a website somewhere, n'est pas? Apologies for being behind the times with all these fun aspects of the internet, but I was born before pocket calculators. Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The avatars with this forum are generally pretty abysmal, aren't they? ?Very small, too. :(

Sorry, I'm not sure how you'd post your own non-web avatar, Selchie. ?If I find a pic I usually right click on it and then click on Properties to get a link, but this doesn't happen with your own stuff. Come to think of it though, I'm sure I've used my own pics as avatars on the old forum. ?I'll have to go off and have a think about how I did it. ?Perhaps it was just that the old forum allowed these things and this one doesn't. :'(
