Default Have a happy Easter break everyone!

:icon_biggrin:

Hope the weather is good for you in the UK, and spring is well and truly there at last! We used to go on a walk in woodland if it was a 'late' Easter to enjoy the primroses and bluebells. Of course, I remember one Easter (1995?) where it snowed. :icon_lol:

Here the weather is great, 21-23 degrees around the country with just the odd shower forecast for the weekend. Just been round the town and there is only the dairy, a couple of cafes, and the bakery open. Kept the kids amused by changing my first flat tyre, with their invaluable(!) help of course. Big achievement (only another woman would fully understand that!). [smilie=egyptian dance.gif]

Happy Easter hols, Glenda and to everyone. Hope you find lots of interesting and fun things to do with them. Here, of course, it's just business as usual, but mustn't complain as we've just had a 2 day holiday for the Prophet's birthday. Hurray for the Prophet!

We're still getting rain, with only a few breaks. At least the garden is blooming, and I can see it out the windows. The moss growing behind my ears is the thickest yet. Some chocolate (make mine dark) from the Easter Bunny would help a lot.

Hoppy Easter! [img:347f9869cf]http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/feiertage/feiertag-smiley-005.gif[/img:347f9869cf]

Happy Easter All!

I made it to the end of term 1 (just)! Me and my youngest started the Easter hols with a Good Friday swim down at the beach!!

Today we went to the Royal Easter show (and were able to go around the farmyard without disinfecting our shoes or being inundated with antibacterial soap and warning signs).

Tomorrow its roast dinner over at my brothers!!!

Only the missing hubby to spoil a perfect weekend :009:

We went around a farm park today fisheress, and I wish they did have some way of disinfecting our shoes. Not that there was any mad cow disease, but with free range chickens, geese, rabbits, guinea pigs, a goat, sheep, pig, cow, llama, possum and wallaby ones footwear became a little unhygenic. :icon_lol:

Nearly ended up at Whangarei's A&E when my youngest decided to put a sweet up his nostril. Lovely child :icon_rolleyes: ... Rowan Atkinson's fault as he was on tv recently putting popcorn up his nostrils. After laying him on his side, tapping his nose and instructing him to breathe in his mouth and out of his nose, the offending obstacle was dislodged enough for me to take out with tweezers. Kids.

Apologies to all for being a bit overly chatty. Got a bit annoyed with problems posting on my blog. Will have to sort it out quickly. :icon_lol:

Absolutely, Taffy! No doubts about that! :icon_wink:

Have found another blog site now and made the alteration on my profile. It is not as flash as blogspot, and time will tell whether it is any better ... so now it is back to writing 'moving to New Zealand' posts on here. :icon_lol:
