Relocating chat room posts that didn't quite make it

I've only ever seen you in there Natty when I've been around. Didn't venture in, as I'm not very entertaining on the cars and rugby topics, so left well alone. I was in there for a little while the other day, but no one came in. Probably steered well clear [smilie=kick me.gif] .

Has anyone actually chatted to you while you've been in there (you mention others having been in there)?

Guess there's a bit of a problem with the different time zones. Perhaps we ought to try to set a time when a few of us will be available, just to start with. We can get the feel of the place then, break the ice and not feel so intimidated about opening the door and going in next time. It is a bit awkward starting a 'live' conversation with someone unless you've got some common ground to start off on. That's why it'd be good to get a few peeps in there together to begin with.

Ummm, just remembered. I moved this thread into the Coffee House but it seems to be continuing on here regardless :icon_rolleyes: . Don't think I can move posts, only threads.

Cos moving to NZ isn't common enough ground. Anyway lock this thread MB or we'll be in the wrong location again.

I may be signing the death warrant of this topic as I'm going to try to split it. Perhaps then I can relocate it onto the end of the related topic in the Coffee House. If it disappears in a puff of smoke you know I'll be behind it.

Well, I've got them into the Coffee House, but can't seem to get them into the Chat Room thread. Perhaps Taffy would be able to encourage them to get in there?

had a good chat with taffy, welshgirl and natty last night. I thought more of you lot would have been in there by now. Don't be nervous, can understand some people might be a bit tentative about talking in real time to complete strangers that could be crazed axe murderers but really, no need to worry. Just throw yourself in there, the waters warm :icon_biggrin:
