True, although usually they are confronted by a gang of at least 4. I personally wouldn't fancy my chances against them.

Youths, the leaders of the future, bearers of the society in the future. I am always encouraging youths who I can get in touch with to constantly reflect upon and ask themselves what is value creation and how they can contribute more to the society. This is the prime time of their life and should make full use of every moment, if not I am worried that they will live to regret in the future...

I read about the Mosquito in the paper, and wouldn't like it myself. I have fairly good hearing in high frequencies, even at my age. I don't know about NZ and the UK, but in my neck of the redwoods, the youth play their music so loud that I think they already have hearing problems. Thus, I doubt the Mosquito would work on them.
