That's ok James, i was rooting for the All Blacks anyway, otherwise my life wouldn't have been worth living over here, though i did stifle a little cheer when Wales scored their 3 points :icon_cool:

I'd have to disagree with you there, Stevey. Merthyr isnt the worst town by a long shot!

You've probably never seen Mardy or Coedcae, where people burn down their own houses just to escape the place. There is, however, the Gurnos estate in Merthyr, which is no strole in the park, thats for sure. It's so rough there, they built a hospital in the middle of it! Seriously, do a search on Google for "gurnos estate", it appears in the news more often that I'd care to mention!!

I'm not saying NZ isn't better Steve, but Cardiff has it's good points and I did live there (relatively) happily for thirty-something years.

hehe no need to defend herefordshire. Sleepy little herefordshire is so inconspicuous there's nowt to say. aprt from Hereford being the Heroin capital of the UK in terms of addictes per 1000 peeps. Leominster is also horrible but only by herefordshire terms hehe.

You're right tho I don't know enough about cardiff to lodge a full blooded hate campaign hehe. I guess it's like all big cities, they're will always be bad areas.
