We've got our passports back today with blue stickers in!!!

We are now permanent residents! Two months later than expected. Goodness knows how we managed it! :icon_rolleyes: Now my kids can be [i:704b516d31]legally[/i:704b516d31] in school here! :icon_lol:

Bit shell-shocked now. :icon_neutral: Will sign up for a dentist and GP, tell the bank so they can stop charging us non-residents tax on our savings. Is there anything else I should be doing? :icon_confused:

Very pleased to hear the good news Glenda.

Hope everything works out for you and the children and that you forever enjoy your new life in NZ. Also sincerely hope that when hubby get back you can between you get a clearer idea of where you are both going. Hopefully in the same direction, if that is what you want.
