Well there are other easy targets, but they generally have lovely informative websites so you can't too harsh on them :icon_lol:

Actually, SteveC's digs are easy for me to overlook because they're so lame. Try harder, dude. :icon_lol:
I do feel left out about some of the shows you've all mentioned. I've heard of them, but the US just doesn't get much UK programming anymore, not since PBS stopped carrying Monty Python & Black Adder back in the 80s or so (I could have done without Benny Hill though). Now when there's a good British series that might appeal to Americans, it must be remade so your average Joe Duhmericun can understand it. Feh. Gotta hit the eclectic DVD store for the good stuff.

[quote:99d5f502bb="jamesthecarman"]

I've just started watching Black Adder which is brilliantly cunning. A friend of mine has the entire collection.

It's a shame Mr. Bean came over the Atlantic and not Black Adder (or as they say it here Black Adda). Oh well, Americans miss out on traveling overseas, and they miss out on "Black Adda". That's why they should get off their bums and move to NZ!![/quote:99d5f502bb]

Black Adder did come over! I watched it on PBS years ago and now it's shown on BBC America I think. Though BBCA mainly shows home improments shows these days.
