I am married to Ian and have 2 goergeous kids Bethany aged 9 and Kurtis 6.

The house is up for sale so if anybody want a 4 bed detached in Wigan 5 mins from M6 it's all yours.

We plan to get over there in Sep, we have residency and hubby has a job.

We've been on this site for quite a while and haven't introduced ourselves. The family consists of Andy (dad and husband) Maria (Mother and wife) Brandon (son aged 13) and Bethany (you guessed it! Daughter aged 10). We are hoping to move to NZ may 2008 but are going on holiday this Christmas(2005) for 4 weeks and are hoping to tour both North and south Island. Good luck to you all, Andy and all of the above.

PS we also have a dog Barklie, Bearded Collie aged 5 months.

Andy, on our first visit to NZ we thought 4 weeks was plenty of time to get the lay of both islands. But we never got off the North Island. So many lovely places to visit without getting stressed. Last year we finally returned and saw the South Island. Enjoy!

Hello everyone, I have also posted a quick introduction and question on the immigration board.

My husband and I are hoping to move to NZ early next year after the birth of our 2nd baby in December. We are about to submit our EOI with 175 points and it has been a long process to get this far (!!) as 100 of these points were for a job offer and professional qualifications, however, to claim them my husband had to be registered with the appropriate professional body which meant flying out to Auckland for an assessment....

Anyway, he got all that done this week so hopefully we should be able to submit in time for the next selection. I am assuming our application should be quite straightforward. Hope so anyway!!!

We will be living in Wellington for the first 18 months or so until we decide where to settle.

I think that's everything

Myself (Sam) and my husband (Mike) have been reading this forum for several months now and have finally decided to log in and say Hello (So please ignore any mistakes)

I am mum to 2 daughters aged 2 & 4 - mike is a senior prison officer, we hope to be moving to wellington around Oct time, thats if we can sell the house by then ?.....

we had our ITA on the 7th june - we're just waiting now for our medicals to be returned and we will post it off!!!

Been recommended this forum and so far, I find it really great ! My name's Jen, I'm 26 and currently live in London with my kiwi partner but I'm originally from Paris France. Will be heading to NZ close to the end of this year, having been given PR a couple of months ago (through the Partnership Policy).

We will be going to Auckland, where my partner is originally from and see where this takes us. I don't know if many other members are in the same situation as me, but it will be my 1st time in NZ. Very excited and impatient to get there as I have heard so much about the country :icon_razz:
