The saga is NOT over!!!

After having had a new boiler installed a month ago I woke this morning to find the new one was leaking.
I AM DOOMED. However they have agreed to come out this week (Friday) to try and repair it. I don't ask much from life, just hot & cold running water, a roof over my head and some food (not too fattening) on the table. I have tried to be good but someone up there 
is throwing all sorts of spanners at me to stop things from going smoothly.
On a brighter note we have got our PR stickers in our passports so we are ready to go.
Just the minor problem of selling the house. If it doesn't sell I have investigated the possibility of taking a mortgage break so we don't have to pay a UK mortgage on a NZ salary and for some breathing space. It seems we qualify for a 6 month break when we want it. Something to think about nearer the time. OH is waiting to hear if his redundancy application has been accepted. If it is then he will finish work in 2 weeks. I am busy compiling a list of jobs for him

Geez, you are certainly in boiler hell - what a pain. I hope they fix it soon, and get it right this time.

Can't beleive you boiler has gone again Nicky- you'll have to buy some extra kettles to run yourself a bath!!!
