When we applied for our medicals in jan ,my hubby Colin was quite a bit over.
We were told we should have fasted,pity they never told us before we went for blood tests.
Anyhoo got them done and a few weeks later,Colin got a call from his docs sec,saying that his was high,watch the diet,cut out booze etc.
It then got refered to the medical assessor.
We waited for ages and Colin or myself didnt really lose any weight.
Dreading them sending us back.
But they didnt. Colin got told in one of his many phone calls to immagration,that your medicals back from assessor and yip everythings fine.

We were releived i can tell you.
So hopefully things go same way for you
