Unhappy Wellington Immigration
Four weeks ago I spoke with my case officer and he told me that he has every document needed and that he will make a decision within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I wrote him an email asking the status. The answer was that he will make a decision within 4 weeks.

This waiting period seems to be endless. Anyway I have a Working Visa till 2011 but I want this PR for me and my family before we settle definitely in NZ. I guess in the UK the process is a lot faster?

Landed in Wellington the 16th January 2008
Work permit for my partner submitted the 26th Jan 08
Loged EOI the 27th January 2008
Was selected the 31st January 2008
Work permit/visa granted for my partner the 20th Feb 08
Loged my PR the 28th March 2008
PR approved 23.07.2008
