Well i THINK he gets 115 with out job offer or being in the country but this is on the understanding that his teacher training is one of the skill shortages, there is no definitive PGCE title in their list as its not a qualification they actually teach in NZ but it enables him to teach 16+ so that would be least 2 years of secondary and anything up to degree students.

Over here that woulds be access students (adults returning to education), all adults returning to education post compulsory that includes dipoma and degree, but not quite a university lecturer.

From one of the other posts i made it said that it would be up to the teaching council to decided which age group level he could teach.

(god my head hurts :lol:)

Should we just bite the bullet and go ahead and put in our EOI and see what happens lets face it if they come back and say that it isnt a Skilled shortage job then at least we will know for sure right????
