Thanks for all this. I will hope to get the PR though but as I back up I am preparing to apply for a work visa. I have been told that this can happen quickly if you have a job offer - any experience?
Employer has sent all relevant documentation (they think) to immigration to hopefully speed things up but we will have to wait and see.

Talked to building soc yesterday and we have hopefully formed a plan to buy some time and release some equity to finance move in case house doesn't sell in time.

I need some good advice on pensions and the pros and cons of transferring to NZ. Does anyone know of any good advisors?

Getting quotes for removal/dogs/flights etc. What else have I forgotten to do at this stage? Aiming for 10 July departure!
