Oh you mean 'brickies' bum'. We had a prime example of this on the plane to Kuala Lumpur where a guy was squeezing past a couple of Muslim girls to get to his window seat. How his jeans didn't drop to the floor I don't know because they were hanging so low on his hips there can't have been anything holding them up other than willpower. He wasn't even bending down to cause the situation and must walk around like that all the time. Perhaps it's his idea of ventilation. Those girls will have had an extremely close up lesson of male anatomy from which they may never recover.
