Maybe I need to tell them to read their own website!
They even have the links on there that take you to the FBI site to find the forms and the information to get the background check done. Once you go to the local police station (as they direct on the website), they then send you to have fingerprints scanned, because the police departments don't do the inked ones anymore. I do believe we have moved into the 21st century! I'll probably write something up. The report they got was signed and sealed by an official body so I don't know what else they want. I'm almost afraid to call for clarification, since I and my partner have gotten some incorrect information from them more than once.
