Welcome to the forum Medow and also welcome to NZ and in particular sunny Chch, how you finding it here? you settling in ok?
Weathers starting to go to Autumn now .......... like a nice spring day for me (ex Scotland) but the locals complain its cold ....... hahaha

Im sure you will have no prob in the visa front they just dont seem to rush too much.

Its not that cold here !!!!!!! lol I arrived in October and thats it only started to cool down now .......... compared to the UK this is tropical.......... you'll love it here
