No I didn't bother to select that as I sometimes need a bit of 'quiet time' where I don't appear to be 'on duty', so I slink around reading what's come in and then deciding what to answer and how to answer it. Some posts require hours of digging around to come up with info (especially with my dodgy Internet connection) and if someone is hanging around in the hope that I'm going to answer them anytime soon, I would only disappoint them if they're waiting a long time.
On the old-style forum I'm sure I could log in on any of the pages so, if I spotted a post I could answer, I could dive in quickly without going back to the main menu, as I do now. Another reason I like to be able to log in quickly is when spammers have been at work (like today - you know who you are
) and I can get in quick and wipe them out
