Hi whale.......... WTR means you are tied to the company for 2 years and you need to have a salary of over $50,000 it might have gone up tho not too sure ....... with such a tight time sacle to start work I am not sure if you would have enough time to submit the EOI and then ITA although the job offer does speed up the whole process.

Sorry if I am sounding like a bit of doom and gloom here, merley my thoughts on it,
no doubt you will have other feed back soon
