WTR route . It starts off with being granted a WP because of the job offer and then moves forward to PR. I get the impression your husband would have to work in the job for 2 years before applying for PR. Here's a

If your hubby has a long term WP, you should be able to get Student Visas for the children so you won't have to fork out for international school fees. You should also get the same benefits as PR holders where medical care is concerned i.e. you won't have to pay the same as a tourist.
