As Nicky says, the fact that you're not married shouldn't be a problem at all. If you apply for residency or any long term visa where your partner is involved you will, at some stage, have to provide
evidence that your relationship is genuine and stable and you've been living together for 12+ months. This applies to everyone, whether married or not so nothing to worry about.
The only problem you may face is lack of work experience, which will cut down the number of
points you can claim and may possibly hinder your chances of getting work, but that's not to say you shouldn't try
