We have friends who live in Katikati and love it there, just a 15/20 minutes drive from Tauranga so not to far from civilisation
They are looking to move shortly though but purely because one of them has got a new job near Hamilton so it makes sense for them to move nearer there as they wanted to move to somewhere with more land anyhow as they have an Alpaca farm
