My visit to Hokitika was memorable, I got a flat tire there and it was raining... made lemonade though... the beach(grey sand, driftwood, round stones) was awesome, it was late autumn and that rainstorm showcased the mountains with snow. Food at the pub on the corner(good food) and the all Blacks were playing France, it got rowdy.
