I don't know why so many people think NZ is that sunny. There's a very good reason why it's so lush and green there . Having said that, there does appear to have been a drought in some areas this summer so I guess there's been a fair bit of dry weather kicking around . One thing for sure, NZ shouldn't be anywhere near as cold as a Canadian winter.
