Default Case Officer assigned?
How were you informed that you'd been assigned a case officer?

Email, Post, or via status on-line?

I only ask, as according to their guidance re. latest assignment of ITAs to officers, we should now have one but have heard nowt

BTW, we have no job offer, and our paperwork is at London branch
