Hi Karin,

I tagged a few not-very-helpful words about this onto your kittie thread. Is there nothing on the EOI page that tells you what to do if you can't provide any of the required information? I can't get in to see for myself because I'm not registered. You could always try it without the number and see if it accepts it or demands that you put it in. I know when INZ receive it they check to make sure all the relevant informatin is on there so maybe they'll contact you and you can explain what's happened.
