That could be the case (that type of behaviour being common, I mean). I've seen quite a lot of similar cases reported in the press over the last few weeks. All female and either under the influence of drink or drugs or preferably, both. Often also with children on board. I wonder what the problem is. It's getting to be an epidemic.
