thanks for the reply again MotherBear, thank you soo much..
so you say i can get a work permit when i get there, we talked to my partner's parent they said they can sponsor me or write me an invitation to get me there. I reckon I'm gonna apply for a tourist visa from Turkey, so as u said before, they're not gonna know that NZ is gonna be my final destination, and once i get there i could change it to a work or resident permit. And once i get the permit that means i can delay my service as long as i work in NZ...
but u say we don't have to wait for 12 months to get a work permit. But it says "u have to live in a stable relationship at least 12 months to get a visa... "
