Arrghh why can't things go smoothly? Our purchaser is now having problems with his mortgage, he's doing a let-to-buy and his rental valuation isn't high enough
although our agent has said that if we can convince him to get another rental valuation they'll be able to do one that will met his needs. Apparently he desperately wants our house so hopefully we can sort things out, I'm going for the glass still half full train of thought, sending loads of 'you want to buy my house' vibes in his direction, let's see how far the power of positive thought can get me.
