I wouldn't worry too much about gathering a lot of things together to prove your relationship. Probably just 4 items will be enough as INZ won't have the time to go through a lot of paperwork.

If you have been living with your partner for 12+ months then an application under the Partnership Policy should be fairly straight forward and you wouldn't need to look at any other visa types.

You should apply for your visa at your nearest branch of INZ but I don't think anyone in the NZ branch would be able to see what's going on at the London branch. They can send information between the 2 branches if it is requested but that would be all. If you want to apply from NZ you would be able to apply for a Work Permit under the Partnership Policy which will give you enough time for your residency application to go through. I'm not sure how long you would be allowed to say in NZ on a tourist visa from your own country so the WP route would be another way of hanging around until the application is finalised.
thanks for the reply..

Actually im not that really worrying about the prove, cuz we're doing quite good with keeping all these documents and stuff, what makes me worry is this military service. Yes we'll have been living with my partner by the time that we apply for the spouse visa.

The nearest NZIS branch is in London but as i said before " they might reject the application due to my military service." Actually its delayed for 2 yrs now cuz i'm also studying in the open university. and they'll keep delaying as long as you work in an other country and after a while if u can prove that u're working and living in an other country u can do it 28 days if u pay a certain amount of money.

But if i apply in NZ they can not just reject and send me back, they might give me an temporary work permit.

I'm allowed to stay in NZ for 1 year on a tourist visa but i can change it to work permit through spouse visa once i get in NZ. so We're confused and we want to sort it out asap cuz we dont wanna waste our time... I e-mailed to NZIS for my military service and told them all these stuff and said will it be problem that i haven^t undertaken to military service yet! so we'll wait and see. Will keep you updated, but please tell me what else i can do? or do u have an idea about this military service thing...

thank you soo much for the reply again

Cheers
