It doesn't say
here how long you need to have held PR if you apply to sponsor you OH under the
Family Category (Partnership Policy) so I guess you don't have any qualifying period like with the Parent Policy.
The main worrying thing is that, however you try to get hubby in, he will still have to undergo a
medical and will, presumably come up against the same obstacles as before.
