hi guys, just exploring all the options. We are waiting to hear if my hubby's medical waiver has been granted (it has been over 2 weeks now
) In the meantime my visa officer has said that if I took him off our application, then visas would be granted for me and our children. I dont really want to split the family up, as it has been stressful enough already.
What I'd like to know is if I did go out with the girls, is there a mimimum time limit of being a NZ resident, in order to sponsor my hubby to rejoin us? Could he even go out with us on a visitors visa, and then apply after the six months?
