I am SO angry for you. How could any landlord expect anyone to move into a property in that state and with no water? Surely it is breach of contract?

Do hope things work out OK and the rain keeps away. If we all send good vibes, maybe some of it will stick. l look forward to hearing from you when you 'escape' to the internet cafe.
