Areas of Tauranga
Hi.....we were out in NZ in November 2007 looking around Tauranga we were shown houses by a couple of estate agents both very nice one of which is ex uk, we were shown houses in Matua, Welcome Bay, Cherrywood & Bethlehem all looked pretty good.......we discussed with them that we wouldnt be moving out until mid to late 2008 and that we would be looking to rent. One was very helpful and suggested that we contact her when we are ready to move as she had contacts with rental people. Maybe worth your while giving her a ring.
