Default Partnership Work Permit Limit
Hello all,

I have a question about the limit on extending a work permit under partnership. Is it true that you may only apply for further work permits up until 2 years from your arrival date here in NZ and no longer? I'm a bit confused as I've also read that you can apply for unlimited work permit extensions/new work permits and I happened upon a post where someone had mentioned being here on a partnership work permit for 3 and a half years. Does the time limit on work permits apply to the maximum amount allowed for each application lodgment or the total maximum stay period?
