Hi everyone!
I m back with some more and really good news!
My partner has spoken to INZ today, they got out all the information they have on me and my visa application and suggested for me to go ahead with the current application.
What they expect from me in my letter of comment is purely to be honest about my situation.
So I am now about to write a book about what has happened in order to provide all the relevant (and probably irrelevant as well
) information
They will then look at what I have provided in order to lead me in the right direction.
So I guess that means I can expect my WHS to be declined but after that, having been honest about everything I can go ahead and apply for a different and more accurate visa.
They even said I should apply for residency
They said that the 12months requirement is only a guideline so that people wont come along and say, oh yea by the way we have fallen in love over night.. can I please get residency?
So the woman he spoke to said that she s sure we ll have enough information to prove that our relationship is genuine and that we have good chances to get residency right away.
WOW i have to say! we have only really lived together for 3months although been together for 9months and spent more time apart than together, so I am quite shocked to hear those news!
anyway reason to once again be happy!
i hope all the ups and downs will come to an end soon
