I saw that and I thought of Taffy's comments about the folks in his area not really knowing much about this.

I wonder how many employers might be confused by the distinction between hiring from overseas and hiring migrants who are here on PR.

FWIW, I always include information about my immigration status and ability to work on my CV or in my covering letter (or both!).
