Default Nursing agencies.

Am trying to decide whether to use a nursing agency or bit the bullet and try and find work myself - wondered if anyone had any advice please??

Went to the NZ expo in Manchester and came home completely befuddled - met Accent who were lovely and have been in touch since, and also been in touch with Tonix. It seems that a nursing agency can help me with all the stuff that goes alongside finding work, visa's etc, and for me thats a real bonus because I feel very overwhelmed and underprepared for what's ahead!
But spoke with DHB's at the expo too, and that seems fairly straightforward too.
Help!

(OMG if am this stressed already it does not bode well )

Oooh, as well, if anyone has any experience of working with either Accent or Tonix and would be happy to share, that would be great! Cheers!
