Default Woo we got accepted!
Hi folks,

Just logged in at an internet cafe to tell everyone our good news.

As we finished our travels of the North Island on Wed we received a letter from immi saying our residency application had been approved in principal and we had until the 19th May to send our passports in :) Once we return from Oz at the start of the year we'll send our passports off and the migrant levy fee. Not got enough time to do that before we head to Oz on the 6th Dec...

We were so happy. After all the hassles we had they managed to process our whole application within 4 weeks of us submitting the last employers reference. I must admit we are still not happy with our immi officer as we had to chase him weekly on things but he got there in the end.

I hope everyone elses applications and moves are going well and when I get a chance to log in properly I'll catch up with all the goings on.
