Hi and Welcome.

The first question will be what is your OH job offer (i.e what job he is doing).

This will determine weather or not you can apply for PR through the skilled migrant route (this would cover yourself, your OH and your son for full NZ residency) or if he would only be eligable for a work permit (either temporary or on the work to residence programme).
