Yes. They are available at Dick Smith Electronics and Stationery Warehouse for under $10.

You might want to rethink buying a converter or two and brining your small appliances. American-style coffee makers are rare here, and I've yet to find one that I'd actually buy. Other small appliances tend to be pricey and quality brands come at a premium.

Get yourself a couple of 500v or 750v transformers for under $200, throw 'em in the shipping container, and you'll be fine.

I went with the A-style and so far, so good. I don't have anything that I run continuously off them, but they've worked well running my stereo and Wii for 6+ hours at a time. I've also used them with my heavy-duty stand mixer with no problems.

You can also buy new plugs for small electronic items like your wireless router, scanner, etc. They tend to run about $30+, which is cheaper than buying new here but more expensive than running a couple of them off a transformer.
