Default Computer/electrical plug question

We are leaving all our appliances. Mixer, blender, coffee maker - all that stuff. It just doesn't seem practical to be messing with converters and so forth.

I'm wondering about the computer, though. It's an HP desktop. Most PC power supplies can handle 220v. Does anyone know if I can just obtain a different cord - that runs from the PC to the wall, with the proper plug configuration, and be up and running?
