Default Skilled Migration:Comparable Labour Market

Folks I have a doubt. I have more than 8 years of experience as a software programmer. But I am not getting 100 points because I do not have any formal software education. I did my engineering in Production Engineering (related to mechnical engineering).
Now, I can get more than 100 points if I click "yes" on question that asks whether my work experience was in a comparable labor market. But I only have around 3 years out of 8 years of work experience in a comparable labor market. ( 3 years in USA + 5 years in India = 8 years total).

So, can I still click "yes" on this question ? Please advise.
