WG is not very nice but I am and I will tell you.
I thought it was eggy bread aka french toast when Nick first mentioned it to me but it's nothing like that at all. You hollow out an unsliced loaf and fill it with stuff then bake it in the oven but I got chucked out of the chat room before I got to hear what you serve it with and I assume that it's this part of the recipe that gives it it's 'dippy' part of the title.
